

P.F. (Employee Provident Fund and Misc. Provision Act, 1952). APPLICABILITY-
Establishment which is factory engaged in any industry specified in Schedule 1
and in which 20 or more persons are employed. Any other establishment employing
20 or more persons which Central Government may by notification, specify in this behalf.
Any establishment employing even less than 20 persons can be covered voluntarily under
section 1(4) of the act. We have adequate proficiency in maintenance & submission of following Statutory Records/Returns etc. under EPF& MP Act, 1952
Registering an establishment/factory under the Employees' Provident Fund Act and obtaining the Code Number
Nomination & Declaration Forms in Form No. 2 (Revised) of the new employees.

Preparation of Form 7(IF)
Assist in preparation of PF withdrawal Forms (19, 10C/10D) and settling their claims.
Assist in transfer of PF accumulation (Form 13) from one region to another.
Eligibility Register
CBS + text fill (e return) in CD's as per the latest requirement of the R.P.F.C.
Attend PF inspector for inspection of records, appearing before the concerned authorities on behalf of the employer in 7-A proceedings under EPF Act.
Correspondence/Liaison with P.F Department.
Information with regard to any amendment/changes in the act will be informed immediately.
