ESI ACT (Employees State Insurance Act, 1948) APPLICABILITY OF THE ACT & SCHEME:-

It is extended in area-wise to factories using power and employing 10 or more persons and to non-power using manufacturing units and establishments. Employing 20or more persons up to Rs. 15000/-per month It has also been extended upon shops, hotels, restaurants, roads motor transport undertakings, equipment maintenance staff in the hospitals. We have adequate proficiency in maintenance & submission of following Statutory Records/Returns etc. under ESI Act, 1948

 Form No. 5(Regulation 26, Half-yearly Return)

 Online Registration of the employees

 Online date entry of the Insured Persons

 Online Temporary Identity Card (TIC) Printing

 Obtaining biometric smart Card ESI department

 Form No. 3 (Regulation 14)

 Online Form No. 01-A (Annual Return)

 Online Monthly ESI Challan.

 Correspondence/Liaison with ESI Department.
